What is the practice of LifeCraft?

LifeCraft is an integrated teaching/ healing practice which supports the desire to create a more soulful life and become more spiritually adept. It’s goal is consciousness and freedom. It brings the following modalities together:

  • bodywork such as breath work, movement, conscious touch, somatic experiencing, relaxation techniques and sound with
  • process work e.g. dialogue, aspecting, enquiry, enactment, amplification, dream work etc and
  • the sacred arts including sacred healing techniques, energy work (reiki, chakra work), ritual and storytelling.

These tools can be used to re-weave the links between the mind, heart, emotions and body to learn greater personal awareness and catalyses change.

Entry points into LifeCraft may include the desire for spiritual growth, working with sexuality, life changes such as divorce or loss, self-healing, or general transformation.
